Forward thinking, Technologically savvy, and most important, they are "honest and real" people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They expect the best, but they do not micro-manage in order get you to meet that expectation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work hard and play hard: The community is full of people who want to work together to move the organization in a positive direction. There are no selfish people looking to move forward on the backs of others.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have been given the opportunity to have a huge impact on how the company manages ROI on many different levels going forward. Its exciting to have the chance to lay the groundwork for future potential vs. simply reporting on what has happened to date.
