What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Immense care/concern for the quality of our product and delivery to the customer.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the chance to meet many interesting people from various parts of the business including business leaders.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at UiPath is filling in quickly, so far with experienced vets who are bringing with them the structure and processes that made their previous companies successful. I like that they're committed to building something great.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are sometimes hard to coordinate with globally distributed teams and different working styles. Many times it's not clear who owns a decision or what the meeting next steps are. Roles, responsibilities, and alignment are unclear/often in flux.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
UiPath offers a great benefits package on par with top tier companies, but I feel like the impact of my work is far greater. The global exposure, travel, and impact of many of our teams is a top perk in my opinion.
