What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options; unlimited "recovery days" (to do exactly that); HR proactively upticks base salary to reflect the market.

No defensiveness or politics (in my experience); a very strong focus on listening, contributing and maintaining high standards of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
As I work - learning new things about our technology and our customers. When work is finished - knowing I've produced things that bring genuine value to customers and/or my UiPath colleagues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The realization that the interview process (at least mine) was focused on identifying qualities UiPath would need in a year, two or three - not necessarily immediately. That long term view showed me how different UiPath's culture is from other companies.
