The entire package is generous. Not sure how anyone could ask for more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When we believed in fast, bold, immersive and humble we were but the culture seems to be dipping.

Innovation and creativity are not buzz words they are our calling card. Liberating to be set free to fumble, recover and excel.

We are a scaling company you cannot expect to be 9 to 5. With the benefits and compensation package we receive the path is great at UiPath.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lunches, parking, generous per diem, prompt payment, a supplement to pay for the gym we want to use and the dental and vision being taken care of all are outstanding.
