What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone at UiPath is here to change the world. Software robotics is one of the cornerstones of the world moving to digitization. Everyone helps each other. Politics are non-existent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
UiPath pays extremely well and every employee is participating in the stock program. This is a very generous company which strives to hire the best and pay them well.
What makes you most happy at work?
We are changing the world. Our customer value is displayed in our explosive growth and independent assessment (consultants) of our market position. We are touching millions of people with our advanced technology.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with our founder/CEO, Daniel Dines. He is incredible and a big reason with many people join UiPath. The biggest thing he wanted to know about me was whether I was humble, innovative and a team player.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
UiPath is very diverse from gender to race to expertise to geography. Initially formed in Bucharest, Romania, UiPath's strong growth is driving it global. Meetings and communication are plentiful and people do not hesitate to get on a plane to meet/support their peers globally.
