UiPath is quite adamant about retaining its culture even through this hyper growth period. As a result, they hire A players and compensate accordingly.

I have never worked with a leadership team that is this receptive to suggestions and new ideas. The collaboration within teams is unparalleled.

Well, we are all about our culture! As we search for candidates, our primary focus is the attitude and exemplified record of positive working relationships.
