We're highly motivated, and super diverse. This results in great ideas and productivity.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Video. Interview. Way better than telephone. I also interviewed in person, a plus.
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues. The product. The positive surprise on customers' face/voice when they realize what they've bought. Pure power.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the bias to action, and the open minded management styles. Anything that adds value is considered, no matter who thought of it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that stock compensation is additive to cash bonuses. At previous employers I had to choose or was given only one of the above.
