Pretty awful. Taking concerns to management has lead to retaliation. Awful environment that will eat itself.

Communication. There's not much transparency here.

There was too much focus on tests that don't relate to the job.

Good feedback, being honest, and providing direction instead of just trying to make themselves look good.

Leadership only cares about politics. Information is not passed on. The environment is extremely cut throat.

The politics are really bad here. They're as bad as any big company or consulting firm.

Information should be shared. Experience should be listened to and not ignored. Managers should be chosen based on respect from peers, not best brown nosing.

The tests are not relevant to the job and are a waste of time. Communication is very slow. The HR team is very arrogant.
