What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being humble and bold - which are two factors I thrive on. But it seems there are more and more people losing their edge, assuming they know the answers, afraid of risk, and quick to judge. I feel our most prized elements of our culture is getting traded for dashboards.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel have been targeted and treated unfairly due to the opinion of one or two people that really do not know what I do and the results I achieve. Because of their false judgement of me I had to take a different role and was forced to take a big pay cut.
