The people, the free lunch, and the community.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here is like a family, we truly care for eachother, and are always willing to help one another out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The older members of the leadership team are all really passionate about the company and maintaining the culture, except for one c-suite leader.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The RPA Devs are all very friendly as well as always willing to help out with work, as well as go out after work with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was very slow to move forward, but then moved very quickly at the end. Seems like it is much more organized now though, since there was no US based HR team at the time
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is good, the stock options are very good, as are the insurance packages. Also we get Equinox gym membership, which is an extremely nice perk, since gyms in NYC are very expensive, and Equinox is arguably the nicest one.
