I have grown more as an employee, a manager, and as a person at UiPath than at any other company that I've worked for. The opportunities I've had here and the exposure to nearly all aspects of our organization is something you only come across once or twice in a lifetime.

It's an excellent package with a fair employee/employer contribution split. As well, there are nice perks like our PEX card.

Global focus, high standards, always willing to help and always willing to have their ideas challenged in the name of making a better product.

It constantly makes you want to perform your best. You want the people around to be successful and they want the same for you.

The HR team is very focused on culture, in addition to having conversations and caring about our employees we use tools like OfficeVibe to track employee feedback to make sure we have objective feedback.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have very ambitious goals, we're in an industry that's growing and constantly evolving... being a leader in this environment means being consistant at times, nimble at times, and being willing to make hard decisions.
