Extremely collaborative and folks truly want to help others succeed. Great culture and I worked for NetApp for 17 years who was ranked #1 best company to work for in Fortune's annual ranking.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Sense of urgency. I turned down 3 jobs as I wanted to go to work at UiPath. I had to use the 4th offer as leverage to finally get an offer after about 60 days of process
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, humility and effective communication. We are a fast growing company and many of our leaders are in the biggest role they have ever had. They do not act like they know everything even though they are in a position of power.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Humility but leaders expect you to appreciate the market opportunity is NOW. That means show up with great energy, work hard and keep up with the pace of play. Incredible culture and working environment all help to make a 10 hour+ day feel like 2 hours
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the energy and diversity of people I am personally 58 years old and probably show up earlier and leave later than anyone (not because I have to but I want to). I work with 23-25 year old co-workers and they are an absolute riot and I love their creativity.
