Freedom to plot my day how I see best, and flexibility to work remotely, both location and specific hours I work each day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The team I'm on is viewed by the comp team as merely a corporate function so we're put in that bucket now - as a result we'll get moderate bonuses and raises (if any) going forward. My function in the market is far too competitive to be paid like the rest of the corporate functions.
