It is flexible and trust is placed on us to get our jobs done without too much intervention.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity is competetive. Base salary is slightly below market when compared to a mature company but the equity makes up for it.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's not so much the work. It's more the opportunity to work for a company making game-changing tech and having the opportunity to share in the upside.
