What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very well integrated team that doesn't hesitate to reach out for questions/concerns. This brings a level of humility that is necessary for arriving at the best solutions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to spend time with the co-workers who practice the company culture, not those who are just trying to rise to the top and cut anyone down who get's in their way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly transparent, detailing the strategy that was executed to make the decisions that are best for UiPath. They also care deeply about the employees and their well-being, I trust that they will make the best decisions for UiPath.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership who appreciates those who actually provide value, not the ones who say they do. Doing your job and doing it well goes far here, politics get sniffed out. So many people joined to leach onto the rocketship, they are being identified and shaped up.
