What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders who are aligned with UiPath culture are employee friendly and protect their people, they are constantly pushing their reportees to excel and reward them when results are achieved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Responsibilities and pay are not at par for me right now. I am expected to do more work and I am working for the past few months for a role which is above me but paid according to a different scale.
