One year in, and I love UiPath. It has had its ups and downs as the company has doubled in size in the past year, but that is expected with a high growth company in a very competitive market. The perks of the company are vast, the future is very bright! Keep up the hard work!
What makes you most happy at work?
The actual work is great. I like the offices and the people I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear, transparent, humble team. Sets directions and we all know priorities. Lots of access and not hierarchy driven.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very strong US benefits package. Health insurance is great coverage (low premiums to employees and families), 50% 401k match (this is amazing!!), Fitness/Health contributions, etc. This is a very strong package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like-minded, smart, talented. We get to see the improvements we make in real-time every week. I like the collaboration across countries. Romanian team is very engaged and hard working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We take time to have fun together. This is a fast paced environment for sure, there are changes and the pressure is on since the Series D for us to deliver and execute, but we know how to laugh still. I do think that leaders down to admins care about each other genuinely.
