UiPath was a dream for a few months and became one of the worst company I ever worked for. They fire the culture lady in August before laying off people without manners OR respect. 1 month severance is nothing in the US but deemed "generous"by incompetent and bad HR people

Territories are poorly assigned and biased politically.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It used to be a great place to work. Not anymore.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compassion, Empathy is lacking. C-Level and Top VPs are unskilled and unexperienced for their roles.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Field people are good to great. Middle and top management some of the worst I ever worked with. Especially D&B, HP & GE backgrounds.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CEO needs to replace all the C-Suite, top VPs and middle management, especially in the US. HR needs to go too in the US.
