Overall a good experience but it is definitely not a place for someone who wants to just do the same thing all the time. Expect change almost weekly. It is a rocketship!

It has been okay. Lots of changes. If it wasn't for m direct manager I would probably have moved on.

People are fun and seem to enjoy working here. You don't hear a lot of negativity from people.

Hard workers who are willing to jump in and do what it takes to get the job done. Fun to work with!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think, compared to others with the same experience, are being paid more at other companies. Stock options are nice but higher salaries would be better due to the state of the stock.

I would like the company to show the pay bands for positions so you know if you are on equal pay with others with the same level of experience. I took a pay cut to come to the company.
