Smart. They care and they try.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, communication, follow up, development, standing up for us, keeping meetings, having a clear objective, not reneging on their word.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many things to list. the most important thing: the new sales strategy for SMB is immoral. Don't make me do things that bend my values just so you can get a dollar. It's reprehensible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My male coworker revealed he makes $10K more in base than I do. We do the same role, and he started after I did. And before you try to say "he has more experience", he doesnt.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't have anything positive to say at this time. Right now we are "homeless", we don't have an office. This extends week to week. I hate it. I hate temporary living situations. You want me to be productive? I need consistency.
