What makes you most happy at work?
The speed at which I can work. the autonomy to make decisions and I know my manager has my back
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think overall the comp package is very good. Benefits have been terrific. I do wish i had more equity
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Daniel is always transparent and no BS. I always walk away with a clear picture of what needs to be done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work a lot but because I want to. we all are excited about the progress we have made as a company and want to continue this success and we know it takes hard work from all of us to achieve
