Wicked Smart people. seriously, no lack of talent.

lots of room and time to get things done. My role allows some autonomy and remote delivery,

Ability to be heard. Any idea will get a listen and ideas that are interesting get a shot.
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to not just do stuff (lots to do everyday) - but to think /collaborate and innovate new ideas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything that you need is there and then some., but we are a start up that needs to be diligent in our spend / costs - so its not "Frills for the sake of". I don't need a masseuse every other Tuesday.
