UiPath has set out to redefine work around the world. And while it sounds cheesy, it redefined how I feel about working. All my prior jobs were terrible compared to working here - and I generally liked those jobs when I had them.

Stock options and refreshers make me want the company to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent with regular all hands meetings and weekly (or daily) communications.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to help each other and are comfortable admitting when they do not know something.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
During covid the company took the virus seriously from the start which was great. They treat us like humans, not like replaceable parts. People are also really kind across departments.
