I just love this place. My manager encourages me to take increasingly more difficult tasks, the team is open to my ideas, I don't feel judged when I do a dumb mistake. Everybody I interacted with can both stay focused and be fun during meetings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock options package is really good for my region.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the offices were open, the food, the games, the happy people. Now, working from home, the work from home package was good.
What did you like most about the interview process?
HR showed me some parts of the office. The technical interview wasn't just "solve these problems fast", we also discussed about some more general ideas surrounding our field.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to dialog, open to my ideas although I am fresh out of university. I am assigned tasks important for the product, I don't just to the work nobody wants.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are experienced, they know what they are doing and they are always ready to help. They offer valuable feedback and they are just really nice people overall. They make meetings fun while staying focused on what we discuss.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My job allows me to work more on a given day than on another and I feel like the company encourages me to do this. I can't always work 8 hours and as long as the job gets done, nobody cares if I work less than 8 hours.
