What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I've been with UiPath for 3 years, so my interview process is not longer the norm. At the time, it was very ad-hoc and uncoordinated. In the meantime I hear it's great

Our leaders are humble and lead by example. They are also competent and have brought us from #3 in our space to a clear first place by bringing on the right talent and staying laser focused on our mission.
