Keeping the culture as it was a few years ago seems difficult as the company scales. When management positions open, more people are brought in from outside than are moved up internally. Salary and benefits keep me here but the burnout rate is a large driver of employee churn.

Culture on paper and in action are different. On paper things are extremely positive. But in action, the most positive thing about the culture and environment is the ability to work remote.
