Lavi A. Lev — President of Asia at Ultra Clean Holdings

Mr. Lavi A. Lev has been the President of Asia at Ultra Clean Holdings Inc. since July 21, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President of Asia Operations since November 2011 until July 21, 2017. Mr. Lev served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Credence Systems Corp. since December 7, 2006. Mr. Lev has more than twenty years of experience in the design tool and semiconductor industries at companies including National Semiconductor, Intel, Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics, MIPS Technologies and Cadence. Mr. Lev served as Executive Vice President of Implementation Division of Cadence Design Systems Inc. from July 2003 to December 31, 2004 and served as its Executive Vice President of IC Solutions from July 2002 to December 2004. Mr. Lev served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the IC Solutions Group of Cadence Design Systems Inc. He developed microprocessor and system-on-a-chip solutions for supercomputers, workstations, PCs and consumer devices, including the first Pentium and UltraSparc microprocessors. From March 2001 to June 2002. Mr. Lev served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at MIPS Technologies Inc. He served as an Executive Chairman of Vennsa Technologies, Inc. Mr. Lev served as an Executive Chairman of LTX-Credence Corporation from August 29, 2008 to December 2008. He serves as Director of Silicon Bandwidth, Inc. and eASIC Corporation. He served as an Executive Director of Credence Systems Corp. since February 2007. He served as an Executive Director of LTX-Credence Corporation from August 29, 2008 to December 2008. He is an author of numerous patents in the field of digital and analog circuit design, CAD techniques and internet technologies. Mr. Lev holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
