    They need to actually listen to the employees performing the job duties, instead of changing the process without consulting and not even training on new processes, just sending emails, like here you go read this do that, dont ask any questions.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    On a daily basis we are doing the work of other people, we are asked to do more and are not even receiving a thank you, never mind compensated adequately
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    Need to listen to the employees actually performing the work
