What do you like best about the leadership team?

Direct manager is great. C suite takes the position of work according to their rules or leave. Flexibility has been removed, micro managing in office time and not enough staff for the work load.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Recently downgraded medical insurance. Canceled hybrid remote schedule to force staff in office full time. There's a resentment from c suite for work life balance and flexibility even when there is no loss in productivity
