Ms. Esi Bracey Eggleston has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of North America Personal Care at Unilever PLC since January 1, 2018. Ms. Eggleston served as the President of Consumer Beauty at Coty Inc. since October 4, 2016 until March 10, 2017. A seasoned executive leader with more than 25 years' experience in consumer products, Ms. Eggleston came to Coty in 2016 as part of the industry-leading merger between Coty and Procter & Gamble's specialty beauty brands. As leader of the Consumer Beauty division, she manages the global footprint of more than 25 brand favorites, including COVERGIRL, Max Factor, Rimmel London, Sally Hansen and Clairol. She previously led P&G's COVERGIRL and Max Factor businesses across more than 80 global markets and oversaw all beauty brand building as the Beauty Chief Marketing Officer. She graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, with a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Sciences.
