Mr. Graeme David Pitkethly has been the Chief Financial Officer of Unilever Plc and Unilever N.V. since October 1, 2015. Mr. Pitkethly served as an Executive Vice President of UK & Ireland Business at Unilever plc until October 1, 2015. He joined Unilever in 2002. Prior to this, he has held a number of senior financial roles within Unilever, including Head of M&A, Head of Treasury, Pensions and Tax and Chief Financial Officer of Unilever Indonesia. Prior to this, Mr. Pitkethly served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for Global Markets Operation. He previously served as Group Chief Accountant of Unilever Plc and NV, London; Vice President of Finance and Planning of FLAG Telecom and also served as Managing Consultant and Senior Audit Manager of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has been Executive Director of Unilever N.V. since April 21, 2016. He served as a Director at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk until May 2009. He holds a BSc Honours in Applied Chemistry from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
