REVESION OF SALARY STRRUCTURE AS PER MAKET SITUATION. SO THAT ALL EMPLOYEE CAN EFFORD A BETTER LIFESTYLE.

Again, the pay is poor. The insurance that covers anything major is a minimum of $160 a paycheck. Raises are maybe a quarter, and not every year.
