    REVESION OF SALARY STRRUCTURE AS PER MAKET SITUATION. SO THAT ALL EMPLOYEE CAN EFFORD A BETTER LIFESTYLE.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Again, the pay is poor. The insurance that covers anything major is a minimum of $160 a paycheck. Raises are maybe a quarter, and not every year.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Better pay for employees mainly. Consistent training. Anyone above site supervisor at least pretending like they care half the time.
