Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?REVESION OF SALARY STRRUCTURE AS PER MAKET SITUATION. SO THAT ALL EMPLOYEE CAN EFFORD A BETTER LIFESTYLE.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Again, the pay is poor. The insurance that covers anything major is a minimum of $160 a paycheck. Raises are maybe a quarter, and not every year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Better pay for employees mainly. Consistent training. Anyone above site supervisor at least pretending like they care half the time.
