What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better pay for employees mainly. Consistent training. Anyone above site supervisor at least pretending like they care half the time.
Leading, the supervisor don't even know the site. He don't even know all the desk job. But this is what's leading us and you wonder why your turnover rate is God awful
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Access to a vehicle. Gas Card. Time management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
REVESION OF SALARY STRRUCTURE AS PER MAKET SITUATION. SO THAT ALL EMPLOYEE CAN EFFORD A BETTER LIFESTYLE.
Again, the pay is poor. The insurance that covers anything major is a minimum of $160 a paycheck. Raises are maybe a quarter, and not every year.
Yes. Stop fighting us we on the same team. You can't mistreat people and expect them to stay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ive worked with my team for 5 years and most of us work well together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need a new supervisor
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers and supervisors really do try to take care of their employees but are burnt out
GOOD CULTURE FOR WORK BUT MUCH PROFESSIONAL.

I didn't have one at all
It was quick. Company was deperate for workers so there wasnt many issues getting in quick

Hire people who really want to do the job and not just day they have a job

I get to meet people from all walks of life. I'm in control of when I work

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No one wants to work because y'all can't even pay us our regular scheduled hours do no I'm not working overtime for y'all to not pay me right.
