At Uplers, we have been working on multiple initiatives under our roof, intending to give back to society for years by educating, helping, and uplifting the needful.
Our CSR initiative, Kartavya, works towards educating and providing assistance to the kids in a distant remote village. Our employees voluntarily visit a government school and provide professional and personal guidance and education to the kids and training to the teachers wherever needed. Uplers plays its role by facilitating the kids with technological support, financial support as well as the necessary resources to help them excel in their careers. We are currently focusing on studying kids' dropout ratio and resolving this issue in the coming future. Amidst the Corona Virus crisis, we have provided tablets and stationery to the students so that they can study uninterruptedly.
Insurgents, a team of our CSR initiative is working on a noble cause with a vision to empower the differently-abled personnel. Uplers is playing its part by making them equipped with skills that the corporate sector demands and helping them achieve financial independence. Team Insurgents works towards training and supporting these differently-abled individuals to get employment opportunities in Uplers or any corporate firm.
Samvedana is an NGO working towards educating kids and turning their dreams into reality. Upraise, is one of our CSR projects in association with Samvedna, which focuses on providing education for the brilliant kids who are unable to pursue it due to financial crunch. This project also allows our team members to be a part of this initiative as a mentor for these kids, whom we adopt for education. The mentorship program works as a bridge where the mentors' guide, motivate, and provide emotional support to them. It eventually helps the kids to identify a better career opportunity and pursue their dreams. Every year we adopt three new students as a part of our project and take ownership of their tuition fees.
