At the beginning, when there was a reasonable ammount of free connects, my experience was fantastic. Now, with the pay required for every application, my experience has been terrible. I would have lost more money than I ever made if I had not changed my business model.

Instead of charging people to apply, just screen your candidates more effectively.

A stock option package, or a better way to guarantee some work every month.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The other workers range from excellent to terrible, but that is the nature of the platform.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting the workers, not just the employers. It is too expensive to apply for jobs anymore and there is still no guarantee anyone will hire when you put out an application.
