The work is fine, but there is a lot of corruption in there. If you don't someone that can put you in the spot you don't get the possitions. The worst manager ive had is hari neupany and the worst supervisor is dendu neopany, they are both really mean with their employees.

They are all hardworking people who really care about getting the job done. Im really thankful i got the chance to work with such a great team

They ask you good questions about how would you act in certain situations and how you would solve some problems that can interfiere with your performance at work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs to improve the people they put in the positions, egen if someone is qualified for a job but doesn't know how to interact with people, shouldn't be on the spot. Being human and empath comes first.
