They are fun to work with and talented
The best thing about our team is the diversity of opinion and leadership style. We always learn something new from one another and no one reserves their ideas for improvement

The employees/co-workers act as a family. But its the upper management/HR against the employees.

They can actually try to help snd train snd be more genuine on the floor. I feel a lot of attitude and unwelcome energy at time
