What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I made it positive. Everyday I would always say good saying for people to be postive.
The creativity and they let designers be themselves

The creativity and commitment shown by the staff.
The employees and tge diversity
Learning about show culture and meeting other people that share the same hobby.
Again, the coworkers I've gotten really close with them but other than being able to see the friends I've made I dread coming to work.
The discount is my favorite part about this company, but it does not outweigh the verbal harassment endured in this workplace

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The only fired black hispnic for stupid shiit ... twisted the rule how ever they please.....
head of creative needs to go - she has been here since the company started and is terrible
Upper management and HR should be replaced as horrible as they treat everyone.
Needs to improve the people they put in the positions, egen if someone is qualified for a job but doesn't know how to interact with people, shouldn't be on the spot. Being human and empath comes first.
The company needs to be more employee focused.
They need better training on the store snd store management
