it was quick and easy if your face fits, your in
They ask you good questions about how would you act in certain situations and how you would solve some problems that can interfiere with your performance at work
Informality. But this is also the problem as it's bases on "I know you" "you have the same background as me, we have a lot in common". It is a biased assessment.
It was fast and friendly.
That it was the old manager and she made me feel so welcomed and was just understanding of everything and everyone.

less time between first interview and offer - by the time you get an offer, you have already interviewed at multiple other places
HR shouldnt be so fake and clueless.
