It's a nightmare, unorganized, and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here because no one should have to go through that. Our manager has made it a place were it's not tolerable to work or a comfortable space to be in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I would say the coworkers, we are communicative with one another and help each other out because the shoppers are aggressive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They don't give there employees enough hours. We all get paid differently for the same, hard work we do. It's unfair.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That it was the old manager and she made me feel so welcomed and was just understanding of everything and everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, the coworkers I've gotten really close with them but other than being able to see the friends I've made I dread coming to work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The head managers need to listen to their employees when we ask for more hours. This is why the store I work at at least four people have left in the past month.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hardly get any hours. There is just no way I'm going to survive on my on with the amount of hours I get with the salary I get. This is just the store where I currently work at.
