This is the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in. The CEO treats his staff poorly, the management is displays favoritism, discrimination, and lack of health awareness. I've witnessed & heard things I shouldn't have while working there. Be wary for sake of your physical & mental health.

Learning about show culture and meeting other people that share the same hobby.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked over time plenty of times and earned comission that would not be counted at the end of the month, and instead be kept.
