I am appreciative that my personal life and work are pretty well balanced. If I need to miss a few hours multiple times per month due to appointments, I feel free to do so without worrying about job security.

I believe people need to let go of their ego, at times certain people will speak in a certain tone and give facial expressions that are not kind. Therefor creating an uncomfortable and unapproachable work environment. Making interaction with them unpleasant.
most of the doctors are great and supportive (not all but most) and the hours of operation are fantastic! This allows for work/home life balance and probably the primary reason I am here.
There are certain people who are genuine and kind. That go out of their way to reassure you that you are not a bother to them and are willing to help.

The positive outweighs the negative, I am glad most of my frequent interactions are with people who don't make me feel I am a bother. I am at work to do my best and be as helpful as possible.

patients often can't get thru to schedule derm. appts, calls get routed elsewhere & they take out frustration on us. Would be great to improve this. Hire professional painters - make it look more upscale & professional like a medical office, not a nursery school. Invest in facility appearance
