What do you like best about the leadership team?
being able to talk to them about anything.
The ability to have an open door policy with my team is unmatched! I love being able to ask questions and learn/grow within the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary compensation is the best part of the role.
My pay is in comparison with the area I am in.
The extra $50 they give us in order to buy a company phone.
selection and the fact that it takes effect quickly.
I enjoy the pay and bonuses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
not enough benefits, no 401k match,
All of it could be slightly better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we know how to have fun and work hard
The conversations about how to improve our space and continue to grow in the company is great.

we are pretty laid back as longs things are getting done
The positive approach to the team and working together as a unit is very positive. We care for each other's well-being.

The comfort in my team environment and a manager I enjoy working with.
