I dont use much of the complanys benifits. The 401 was nice when the company matched.

Salary. Healthcare/401k/benefits/etc. are adequate, but not extraordinary.
The message from above is clear: only providers (READ: rainmakers) and management matter.
The amount of work that is done is not recognize. I would feel better if we got compensated more.
The employment landscape has changed significantly over the past few years. Wages need to rise in line with company performance, taking inflation into account. Benefits as well should be compared to market trends and adjusted to be competitive.
Having a pay increase after 1 year with the company. Or perhaps some acknowledgement of the 1 year anniversary.
