What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do a great job of relating with employees and listening to concerns.
Everyone is willing to listen and take time to make to company run smoothly.
For the most part they keep employees informed.
They have the drive to improve the company
Friendly and accessible; will greet you by name in the hallway.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, employees need, staffing, pay, benefits and bring back the 401k match
Telling the truth about the company's finances.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They start almost instantaneously after joining the company.
It's nothing bad or good.
I dont use much of the complanys benifits. The 401 was nice when the company matched.
Bonus for meeting department and personal objectives.
Salary. Healthcare/401k/benefits/etc. are adequate, but not extraordinary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The message from above is clear: only providers (READ: rainmakers) and management matter.
The amount of work that is done is not recognize. I would feel better if we got compensated more.
The employment landscape has changed significantly over the past few years. Wages need to rise in line with company performance, taking inflation into account. Benefits as well should be compared to market trends and adjusted to be competitive.
Having a pay increase after 1 year with the company. Or perhaps some acknowledgement of the 1 year anniversary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always willing to help, and relatable with daily life.
My team is always willing to jump in as a team and do what we need to do to get things fixed.

They worry about the well being of the employees and offer aupport to at all levels

Most of the people with whom I interact are genuinely nice.
Most Coworkers are like family

Positive environment, excellent leadership, great food
Interaction with team members and see what new challege is thrown our way
I enjoy my job and the challenge it brings. I enjoy talking with my co-workers throghout the company.
