They hear my concerns. Also act on my concerns.
For one we need leadership the communcqrion could be better , being more appreceative and more focused on paient care as well
Im not sure who we are calling the "leadership " tean. The medical director cares NOTHING about the staff! All he cares about is MONEY and thats clear! Our managers- Paul and Karen, seem to care and do what they can to make this place a fine place to work!

I think it took awhile to be approved or acknowledged of the proper compensation, that I worked so efficiently for over the several years I've been employed with USDP.
the pay is extremely undesirable , the insurance is terrible. the turn over rate is terrible no one wants to do their job management chooses when they do and dont wanna do their job
with the cost of living going up and gas prices on the rise better paid
There are places (locally) starting people out with NO experience with same creditianls making MORE! We get bo incentives, have horrible insurance and get NO BENEFITS in our own skin care center! Most of us cant even afford to use it!
We dont really have teams here at the LSMO office
Once everyone has a proper understanding as to what their doing, seeing our patients and working with doctors usually goes smoothly.

We dont have a clinic manger and the manshwr we do have favors everyone but the general dermatology team
maybe interviewing legit people who are actually quilled for the job
Everyone (providers included) arexleqving! The pay is not going up with thd GAS AND COST OF LIVING. When you can make $18 with better benefits at Amazon! And the medical director cares nothing about his employees
