Kristi is always available to help.
Easy to talk to when in need
Our leaders will support their direct reports in their work and ensure vital communication is delivered downstream.
My manager is alway willing to listen and provide feedback and support
My manager takes a personal interest in the whole team and promotes true team unity
Our business manager needs to quit being unprofessional and lying to her employees. She is the biggest gossip and spreads eveyones business to other employees. There is absolutely no professionalism in her.
My current manager micro-manages. it's pretty disappointing to not have any agency when I've found processes that work efficiently for our team. Additionally, there's a lot of favoritism in scheduling. Other providers are more than fully staffed and we're understaffed every day.
Equal Treatment of employees and not just the business administrators
Make sure everyone is contributing and working efficiently. Too mich strain is being put on hard working employees to cover up those that are not. Excuses are made for these employees which makes for poor moral and burnout of those that work the hardest.
THe pay and insurance for myself and family.
Health benefits are wonderful for myself
Ability to contribute to a 401K. Some vendor discounts/perks are available.
The only benefit I recieve is the 401k
the vision insurance is great
Our PTO accrual is very weak and the ability to take off work when needed is almost impossible. Our insurance is not good-I pay a TON out of pocket when I'm not making much to begin with. This is a big reason I've considered going elsewhere.
I feel like the pay here for what I do could be better.
I do a lot of work for less pay.
I think a better health plan would be nice, as well as a higher accrual rate for PTO. I used to get paid weekly which was so nice when you're not making a whole lot.
Compensation has not been re-evaluated for current salary ranges. Pay rates are out of date in every department at the clinic level.
They are helpful and communication skills and their attitudes.
My team is dependable and works very hard
Our team is collaborative and focused on delivering excellent patient care.
We are all team players and help each other out
We work hard together (because we have to, we are way understaffed). Despite high turnover, the ones who stick around are amazing.
Finding ways to improve efficiency in their roles. Taking more initiative within the team when another team mate is in need of help. Including all team members when it comes to team issues or information that is important to the team as a whole. Better communication in general.
Some of my coworkers are extremely hard working and very much team players. Other are not and nothing os done by management to correct these actions leading to decreased moral. If everyone had a certain amount of accountability there wouldn't be as much resentment over workload distribution.
I'm in the lab in the Mohs department and I rarely have interactions with my co workers. I don't mind the way it is but I also feel like they aren't very communicative when it comes to schedule changes or information in regards to our team and schedules.
Working as a team and willingness to pitch in if needed.
We have a diverse culture of employees at our office each coming from different background and working great together
There is a focus on increasing patient access to excellent dermatology care in our communities.
The coworkers are great and positive. Our business manager is a gossip and liar
The people I work with. We're in the trenches together. We know none of us are getting paid enough to do what we do and as twisted as it is, we bond over that and it helps us support each other better.
Less "corporate" feel. More freedom from "USDP structure" at the clinic level.

Working others who want to help patient's with skin issues.
I am most happy at work when I complete tasks
I'm happiest supporting our management team with the guidance and resources they need to ensure physicians and support staff can deliver excellent patient care every day.
The patients and coworkers are the best part of the job
Providing quality work and being treated like my work matters
I'm exhausted. I need a day off like every other week just to recover. My body hurts from doing the most work I've ever done at a job. I understand we want to see a lot of patients, and the doctors want to make more money as well as the company, but we don't get compensated the more work we do.
Standardized and equitable treatment of employees.
All employees should be expected to pull there own weight. Exhaustion and burnout to hardworking employees only cause them to leave and search for a company that appreciates them.
