Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The experience I have had is pretty good until our administrator left and the new administrator took over. Our place of employment has rapidly declined. The facilities are dirty and proper maintenance is not performed.

The only benefit I recieve is the 401k

I only use the retirement plan. I do not partake of the health insurance.

The coworkers are great and positive. Our business manager is a gossip and liar

Our business manager needs to quit being unprofessional and lying to her employees. She is the biggest gossip and spreads eveyones business to other employees. There is absolutely no professionalism in her.
