communication be more welcoming and talkative when coming into the offices, stop favoritism with employees,when doing one one or write ups don"t put employee down or talk to them disrespectfully, words can hurt! (regional manager not office manager)

PTO, SICK DAYS PAY RAISE
I assumed that everyone started the same then I found out other wise. I have 20 years scheduling experience and do not make what I was at my last job
I do a lot of work and run several offices while only making a fraction more than when I started and only ran 1 office.
I would prefer to go back to 4 day work week here. I have always worked 4 days a week, i am single parent and it makes life more livable. This area starting pay is higher and with my experience I feel should be higher or more pto. Also, the medical coverage is an outrage amount.
Would be nice to be values more than a 3% raise, especially for your 1 year anniversary. A 3% raise do not help when prices all around are skyrocketing faster than that on a daily matter.

They just are not very friendly or respectful.
There is a very clear divide between the front desk and the rest of the staff... I do not like even asking any of the other staff questions, or for help with their patients.. very cliquey
When it comes to work i'm more invested in doing my work as opposed to letting everyone know about my personal life.
Coming to work on time and doing their job correctly.
Their job, arrive to work on time, and ready to work, placing their cell phones down, pay attention and stop blaming others.
I LOVE THE PATIENTS THE MOST
The Doctors care about their patients.
Everyone is welcoming and positive and very helpful
I like the peers that I have and the HR department. I also like the majority of the providers I work with.

THE PATIENTS AND FREE LUNCH
Dealing with the pt everyday
Getting my everyday tasks done and being able to visit with my teams to see how they are doing.
HAVING EVERYTHING FLOW SMOOTHLY WITH OUR DAY
i enjoy coming in and seeing smiling faces that are ready to tackle what the day holds!
so much negativity from burnt out nurses and under appreciated staff. A lot of our system is out of date so communication with patients can be very frustrating and confusing for them. I believe having more people in leadership positions who know what they are doing would help. too many PT's in a day
employee favoritism, being more welcoming ,being more equal with employees, better training and communication, 401 benefits.
I am not sure at this point, I am too new to say.
I don't think anyone is particularly excited to go to work in the mornings.
